Order Cut-off Times
Orders placed before 2pm GMT Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders after 2pm or on weekends are dispatched the next business day.
Tracking
Every order comes with full tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. You can also view tracking in My Account or ask our chat assistant for a live update.
Packaging
All orders are packed in recycled cardboard with minimal plastic. Fragile items are double-boxed. We’re working toward 100% plastic-free packaging by end of 2025.
