We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Returns Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at returns@myprime.store with your order number and reason for return
  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours
  3. Pack your item securely and drop it off at any post office
  4. Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days after processing.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Opened personal care or beauty products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customised or personalised items
  • Digital downloads

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received

If we sent the wrong item, we’ll cover all return shipping costs and expedite the correct item to you.
